About Christine at Yoga Mango
Hello, I’m Christine.
I offer mindful movement and gentle yoga, suitable for all ages including beginners and more experienced practitioners. My classes are both in the Yoga Mango private studio and online. There are also workshops, guest teachers and 1-1s are also available.
In addition to my regular teaching, I also offer specialist classes and courses in back health, immunity, injury and reduced mobility including arthritis, sciatica, scoliosis, osteoporosis, disc & joint issues, menopausal & hormonal back health together with yoga for those living with cancer, heart and respiratory conditions, chronic fatigue, stress, burn-out and Long Covid.
My teaching includes gentle tibetan yoga| ayurvedic yoga | traditional yoga| somatic yoga| mindful movement with mindfulness together with yoga for backs.
I’m a national backs programme registered teacher and offer online specialist back courses, available directly through Yoga Mango website. I’ve written some specialist back guides, available on Amazon, Etsy and also via the website. There are also specialist back and general health videos available as online courses, available via the website and on Etsy (under Natural Spine Therapy). All material is medically reviewed and endorsed.
I help those looking to keep well and live well relieve stiffness & pain. I teach them techniques for an increased sense of health, wellness and that feeling good is within their control.

I’m a senior yoga teacher & yoga therapist, PGDipIYT| CNHC registered| BCYT accredited| BWY teacher| Senior Yoga Alliance Professionals teacher| Certified Trainer| Usui Reiki Master Teacher| Oriental Remedial TCM Therapist, S.A.C.Dip, Complementary Medical Association certified | Ayurveda Therapist, CMA Complementary Medical Association certified| registered teacher of the national back health programme. I am also a trained and accredited to teach yoga for cancer, respiratory and heart health together with yoga for the menopause and hormonal health.
I’ve being doing yoga since my teens and was always fascinated to learn how yoga could benefit the body and balance emotions, effectively looking at yoga as a medicine.
