Complete Tibetan Practice

These practices are a form of yoga developed centuries ago by Tibetan monks. The monks believed them to be the key to living a long and healthy life. They are said to normalize hormone imbalances in the body and hold the key to lasting youth, health and vitality by stimulating the energy system in the body. Yoga was introduced to the British Army in India. A British Army Officer was taught these practices by monks in a remote Tibetan monastery in the Himalayas. He noticed how youthful he was becoming and taught others on his return. These were included in a book called The Eye of Revelation published in 1939.
